This highly respected magazine for local government councillors and officers has served the public interest by exposing the unaccpetable and widespread practice of paying off and covering up for workplace bullies in the public services, especially those in senior positions.

I will be publishing a more detailed account about how Thanet's Labour, Conservative and Green Party councillors voted overwheminingly to pay off workplace bully and former Cheif Executive Madleine Homer in 2022 and how they agreed to cover up her misconduct so that she could continue to occupy senior posts in the public service.
